Ug13 - Beautiful huge plot of land of several terraces of land around a hill and parts of the hill with different fruit trees. There is a ruin of a "casa cortijo" of about 200 m² , which can be reconstructed over 2 floors. 2 little workhouses /stable. Water 36 hours a week, a water deposit can be built.
The plot is situated in walking distance to Ugijar in the Alpujarras.
