Ug08 - Big villagehouse directly in Ugijar over 2 floors and a basement.
The house has about 250 m² with a entrance hall, 1 small bathroom, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining room and a beautifulterrace with wonderful views, all on the ground floor.
On the first floor is a little room at the top of the staircase, a small bedroom, a storage room and a big terrace with a roof and some space next to the terrace where the terrace could be enlarged.
The house has a big basement, the entrance to it is on the side of the house, that is where the animals where kept. From the basement there is access to a very small part of garden and the hen house below the terrace.
The house needs a bit of renovation inside, the basement could be made to a part of the house, but this would need some more renovation.
