Ug05 - Big country house with a living space of about 200 m² on a plot of approx. 10 000 m². The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and some other rooms, but the inside needs renovation. An old stable is next to the house.
On the plot are growing oranges and some other fruit trees. The house lies on a slope overlooking Ugijar. There are three springs in caves within the mountain with old stonewalls. There is also a water deposit for irrigation.
The country house is situated very close to Ugijar, where you find all amenities. If renovated it will be a wonderful house to live in or spend the holidays.
