Ug04 - Townhouse over two floors and a room and roof terrace on the third floor directly in Ugijar near the market. The house has 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen downstairs, 1 bathroom, lounge, and a room in the third floor with access to the roof terrace.
The house needs renovation inside, the renovation is started but not carried out. The roof terrace is at the moment just the roof, but can be done to be a wonderful terrace with very nice views over Ugijar.
