Ug03 - Very big townhouse over three floors in the center of the village on the townhall square. On the groundfloor there is an office with two rooms and a toilett. You can use the office for yourself or you have an income by the letting. The office has the entrance from one side and on the other side is the entrance for the living part of the house.
The entrance of the house leads to two storage rooms and the staircase. On the first floor there is a big hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and 4 rooms which can be used as lounge, dining room and/or bedrooms. The second floor is laid out with 2 bedrooms, a big kitchen and a big terrace overlooking the square.
All floores are tiled with the old tiles who are in a very good condition. No major work is needed in the house, bathroom and kitchens could be modernised and some painting or decorating be done.
