Ug03 - Large townhouse over three floors right in the center of the village at the townhall square. On the groundfloor there is an office / shop with two rooms and a toilett. The office /shop has the entrance and windows to the townhall square and on the back street is the entrance for the living part of the house.
The entrance of the house leads to two storage rooms and the staircase. On the first floor there is a big hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and 4 rooms which can be used as lounge, dining room and/or bedrooms. The second floor is laid out with 2 bedrooms, a big kitchen and a big terrace overlooking the square.
No major work is needed in the house, but it would benefit from a touch of modernisation, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The door to the roof terrace needs to be replaced and the house would benefit from some double glassed windows.
