Ug02 - This townhouse is in the center of the village on the townhall square. The house was once an old farmacy and is constructed over two floors and a basement. It has a living area of 200 m² and a patio of approx. 50 m². On the groundfloor is a big entrance hall with a wonderful old door. There are some rooms and the rooms of the old farmacy. On the first floor you find a big hall and several rooms, all have very high ceilings. The kitchen and a storage room are in the basement as well as a kind of lounge, here you also find the door to the patio. The house has a roof terrace with a very nice view at the Sierra Nevada. The house needs renovation.
