Pr 01 - On a plot of approx. 2,8 hectares is a big house of 265 m² over two floors with 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a balcony on the top floor, on groundfloor there is a kitchen with storage room, lounge-diner with chimney, 1 bathroom, a small storage room and garage with another storage room in the back.
The house is equipped with more than enough solar energy and central heating.
The plot is planted with all kind of different fruit trees. There are two cisterns and there is enough water on the plot.
Paterna del Rio is situated on the southern slope of the Sierra Nevada in Almeria, close to the border to the provinca of Granada. It is a good region for walking. The house could be used for renting out.
