Pi01 - Villagehouse over three floors in the beautiful hamlet of Picena, near Ugijar.
Entering through the front door is situated an entrance hallway with the kitchen with original fireplace to the left. Ahead there is a dining room in what would originally have been the stables with original features like mangers and a half height stable door and wooden beams covering the ceiling. Located off the dining room is a little bodega.
Upstairs to the first floor you will find the main lounge with original fireplace and large french doors which open to a typical little spanish balcony. There is also one bedroom, and another rear room, which could be used as additional bedroom, as well as a spare toilet.
Further steps are leading up to the top floor which is currently arranged as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Further steps are leading up to the roof, where a wonderful roof terrace with views over the village and the mountains could be made.
