Oh 01 - On a plot of approx. 7,000 m² is a big house with a 2- bedroom apartment on the left hand side and a house with 4 bedrooms on the right hand side. The second floor of the house is still not finished, it´s more ore less the walls and the roof. A big terrace can be made on this floor. In front of both houses is a big porch of about 60 m². There is a stable for two horses and a room above all of about 60 m² which could be made to a gerage.
On the plot are growing a lot of different trees, chestnut- and walnut-trees, holm-oaks and mountain ashs near the house and a lot of different fruit trees like peaches, apricots, plumes, cherries, apples, pears, quinces, and more, a lot of olive trees, grapes and vine.
There are two springs and two water deposits on the plot, the fruit trees have an irrigation system. The two springs are more than sufficient for the irrigation but there is also free water every 20 days.
The plot is situated about 5 minutes from the beautiful village of Ohanes on the slope of a beautiful and green ravine. Almeria airport is about a 45 minutes to 1 hour drive.
