Mea 02 - Very large country house of approx. 420 m² living space on a plot of 1.2 ha, situated just outside of the village of Mecina Alfahar, near Ugijar in the Alpujarras. The house has a spectacular garden in front of the house with views to Mecina Alfahar, lots of space as you drive to the house, ideal for parking due to the shade, and a big piece of land behind the house with almond trees and a shadowy terrace with a water deposit and a further water deposit nearby.
The house has two main entances, leading into two halls. From both halls, steps are leading to the second floor. The ground floor is further laid out with two open kitchens with lounge and dining place, both with doors to two terraces. There is one more room and a huge storage room.
The second floor ia laid out with 5 rooms currently used as bedrooms, 3 of them very spacy, 3 bathrooms, one of them en suite with the master bedroom, 5 more rooms, a very big terrace and a small terrace. Because the house is situated at a hill, from the back of the second floor, you can access the back garden.
There is enough spring water which firstly fills a 2000l tank, then the first and second water deposit (balsa), all plants are watered by a sprinkler system, except the lawn which is watered by flooding.
