Ju02 - Plot of land of approx. 5000 sqm with a little cortijo (nave agricola) on it of about 45 m2 near the little village of Jubar, near Laroles in the Alpujarras.
The cortijo has two small bedrooms and open plan kitchen lounge and dining and one shower bathroom.
There are water rights to use the water deposit. There is no electricity, solar panels are planned.
The plot is grown with 56 olive trees, 20 almonds and some more fruit trees.
Perfect views!
It could make a nice holiday home, but can not be extended to make a larger house.
