Ju01 - Two plots of land situated in the little village of Jubar, near Laroles in the Alpujarras. One is a 115 sqm plot, declared as urbana with a ruin on, which means it is possible to build a village house. The other plot is directly adjacent and has 1380 sqm, declared as rustica, meaning it is not possible to build on this plot, but it would make a perfect garden to a house on the other plot.
On the plot are growing about 50 different fruit trees, among them mulberrys, figs and almonds.
It is pssible to get water and electricity.
