Fe06 - Country house of 100 m² on a plot of 5500 m². The house is situated on a hill outside of Felix overlooking the village and the mountains. The house is laid out with a big lounge-diner with open fireplace, a kitchen with storage room, one bathroom and five small to medium sized bedrooms. There is mains water and radiator central heating via oil-fired boiler. the pool has 18 m², there are some external storage buildings and a water storage reservoir for irrigation water.
