En02 - Plot of 3000 m² on different terraces with a small cortijo / house of 36 m² - ideal for the weekend!
On the plot are approx. 50 almond and 50 olive trees, the olive trees a giving about 27 litres of oil per year.
Several different fruit trees have been planted as well as a vegetable garden.
The cortijo was built in 2005 using the best quality materials. The was built under andalucian regulations and has all the paperwork. It has all fixtures and fittings, with furniture about 2 years old, spanish and english TV, mains electricity coming soon.
There are 5 water barrels of 100l each, 2 water containers of 1000l each, mains water connected and well water.
The cortijo is situated about a 10 mins walk from the village of Enix, which has grocers, chemist, doctor, 2 restaurants and 1 bar. A comunal swimming pool is due soon.
