Cg 01 - Typical spanish house in the village of San Miguel de Cabo de Gata, situated in the natural park. It is a 1 floor house, built on a plot of 67 m² with an actual living space of 58 m². There are 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The house has been built 1971 and has not been renovated since. There is electricity, but no mains water, instead there is a well and a septic tank.
San Miguel de Cabo de Gata is a typical former fishing village with a long sandy beach, situated on the southern end of the natural park, one of the most beautiful coastal parts in Spain.
