Bc 01 - This villagehouse is situated directly in Benecid. It has been constructed about 10 years ago with 3 bedrooms, 1 big bathroom, entrance hall, lounge/diner with chimeney, kitchen with storage room. The house is very well isolated and cool in summer.
There are big terraces one of them with a chimney. There are several storage rooms and an extra room for the washing machine. Downstairs from the big terrace there is a little house for guests with two rooms and a bathroom. The house has a closed carport.
Further downstairs on the plot there is a shadowy walk along the border of the plot. To the house belongs a plot with about 60 almond trees.
There is mains water and electricity as well as water for irrigation.
Benecid is a small village situated in the Almeria part of the Alpujarras between Laujar de Andarax and Canjayar, very close to Fondón.
