Al 04 - This villagehouse is situated directly in Alcolea. It has a little garden in the front and one in the back. The plot altogether has about 480 m². The house has 4 bedrooms, one of them is quite big with a wonderful view of the Sierra Nevada. There is 1 lounge/diner with access to the terrace, 1 quite big study, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a kitchen with a chimney and a storage room. On the ground floor there is a bodega of about 30 m².
