Al 03 - This farmhouse/finca is on a plot of aprox. 24 hectares. The house measures about 100 m², but is not totally finished with a kitchen and 1 bedroom. 1 1/2 more rooms are not yet finished. There is a utility room of about 200 m2.
The plot is situated near the road from Berja to Laujar de Andarax, near the al01 and al02 plots. The finca is mostly planted with almonds and one part of it with vine.
There is a well with more than enough water.
From the plot you have a wonderful view of the Sierra Nevada.
