Agm02 - 2 houses a few minutes from Agua Amarga in the Natural Park of Gabo de Gata.
The houses are on a plot of over 34,000 m² and situated at either end of the plot. Both houses have a swimming pool from which you have great views and which can be heated by solar energy, 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, lounge - dining room, floor heating, solar panels. They were both rebuild a few years ago to a high standard.
The bigger house has about 220 m², 3 bathrooms, an inside patio with orange trees, a big study with fireplace, an extra toilett which you can reach from the outside, a cellar room, 2 big storage rooms and several terraces.
The second house has 2 bathrooms, several terraces and a barbecue place. It is used for holiday renting on a weekly basis with some regulars coming every year.
Agua Amarga is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled coastal villages with a wonderful beach directly in the village and many other beaches to reach nearby.
