Ad 01 - Big Countryhouse on a plot of 650 m² in Rambla del Cabo near Adra. The house has a living space of about 120 m² with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big entrance room, kitchen with access to one of the terraces, lounge with access to the other terrace and dining room, separated by an arch, separate room of about 20 m² next to one of the kichen terrace which could be used as storage but also easily makes another bedroom.
The terrace with access from the lounge and entrance room is on the second floor with steps up to it from the garden. It could be included to the living space.
Seen from the garden, the house has two floors because it is built on a slope. Therefore it has a big basement which can be used as garage and/or storage / work room.
